Simon is one of three original directors of Big Picture Financial Solutions at its establishment in 2004. Whilst continuing to enthusiastically provide his clients with financial solutions, he is now also concentrating on Real Estate Sales as the Principal agent of Tanner Real Estate.

Bernedeen is our Office Administrator and is here to give a hand to Simon and Karen, as well as to run the day-to-day activities in our office. She has years of office administration experience (don't ask her how many!) and is the glue that helps things run smoothly. If you have any questions and are not able to speak to Simon or Karen immediately, please ask Bernedeen, and if she doesn't know the answer, she will find out for you asap!

Karen has been with Big Picture since 2006 and is now our highest volume finance broker. She has won a number of awards and regularly features in the list of Top 10 Brokers in the state within our aggregator group. Karen is dedicated, thorough and passionate about providing the very best service to each of her valued clients. Her specialty is in helping her clients to build their investment property portfolios, but she also finds great joy in guiding first home buyers through one of the most exciting transactions of their lives, and helping clients to adjust their lending to best suit their needs in the changing market.
